What is your favorite part of a roasted chicken?
My favorite part of a roasted chicken has to be the crispy skin that covers the succulent meat. I find the contrast between the crunchiness of the skin and the tenderness of the meat incredibly satisfying. Additionally, I'm partial to the dark meat found in the thighs and drumsticks, as it's packed with rich flavors. The juicy and well-seasoned roasted chicken leg is always the first part I go for when diving into a delicious roast.
